Who’s behind it:
The content on this site comes from nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing NEPA compliance for federally funded transportation projects. Over hundreds of projects across multiple agencies, the same questions kept coming up from staff, contractors, and people who were smart and capable but just hadn’t been through the process before.
This site is the resource I wished existed when I started.
